Cancellation Policy
Should a client need to cancel or re-arrange a lesson, this must be done with at least 24 hours notice. (Or more wherever possible) This allows the slot to be released and made available for other clients to book.
Please note that any cancellations made with less than the required notice period (24 hours) will be charged in full and no refunds will be given.
In the event that I need to cancel or re-arrange a lesson, I will be in contact with the client with as much notice as I am able to provide and either offer an alternative date and time for the lesson, or offer a full refund.
Late attendance or missed lessons
In the event that a client is late to a session, there will be a 10 minute grace period. After this time, the lesson will be cancelled and the client will need to rebook at a later date and at full cost.
No refunds will be given for lateness or for failure to attend a lesson.
Please note any lesson time missed (up to the maximum 10 minute grace period) will be deducted from the allocated timeslot.
